Vitaquell Grape Seed Oil is gently pressed from the seeds of sun-ripened grapes. It naturally contains polyunsaturated fatty acids (linoleic acid) and vitamin E.

The history of grape seed oil is as old as hardly any other edible oil. Even the Romans discovered that a particularly valuable oil can be extracted from the seeds of grapes. Vitaquell Grape Seed Oil is particularly valuable from a nutritional point of view due to its high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Due to the purely physical and gentle production process, the light green grape seed oil has a particularly fine taste.

Usage:
Due to its fine, non-intrusive taste, this oil is excellent for preparing mayonnaises as well as salads with fish and poultry and vegan dishes. The light green oil refines a variety of dishes, not only in cold cuisine. Since grape seed oil can be heated to a very high temperature, it is excellent for sautéing in hot cuisine. Due to the physical refining process, grape seed oil is almost tasteless and rounds off the intrinsic flavor of delicately melting dishes.
